Access your energy through the skillful use of your hands and body.
Move with intention and manifest your greatest and healthiest self .
Bonhays Retreat Centre, Whitchurch Canonicorum, Dorset.
Friday 28 June – Monday 1st July 2019.
Cost: £410 single, £365 twin share
This will be my third visit to the lovely Bonhays. Again we will have the luxury of 3 days of yoga, rest and play in the wilds of peaceful rural Dorset surrounded by the beauty of nature and supported by the wonderful uplifting energy of this amazing area.
For centuries yogis have known that we are far more than the physical body we can see, feel and touch. Hidden within lies an intricate and expansive body of energy which we can access and influence through our yoga practices. Over the course of this long weekend we will explore the use of mudra (hand gestures) and the enquiring movement of asana alongside breathwork and meditation to grow connections to our energy body. Move with intention, breathe with awareness and manifest your own greater insight and knowledge.
All curious yogis are welcome to join me to move beyond the asana and delve deeper. Using inspiring teachings, poems, stories, myths, mudras and mantras we will cultivate ourselves and grow in our understanding and experience of yoga in its fuller sense.
